Policy Development
GC provides services in policy formulation, development, implementation and evaluation. Policies provide a standard framework by which an organisation or company is managed. A policy may become non-effective because it is no longer achieving its original objectives. A policy should be reviewed on a regular basis as a part of the company’s standard operating principles. Policy documents may become out of date or unclear. When any of these occurs; the policy needs modification or elimination in a bid to create a new policy to meet the company’s changing environment. GC works on existing policy document or creates a new policy document to meet the client’s needs.
